AGRILEARN Terms and Conditions

These AGRILEARN Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as Terms) apply to the training activities and materials developed and submitted to the AGRILEARN program related to the training modules for the users and the information of the profiles created on the platform.
By using this service, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

Definition of terms
“User” is used within these provisions to refer to young participants interested in engaging and participating in the AGRILEARN activities. Users can enroll in an activity.
“Instructor” refers to the person, acting as a trainer, that can generate a set of questions.

Entire agreement
The Terms set out the entire agreement between the AGRILEARN project partnership and yourself, relating to all the activities presented on the platform. No customer terms will apply.

Pre-requisites
Attendees must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of the products to which the training activities relate. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and Internet service necessary for use of the Site and modules.

Right to training material
The AGRILEARN project partnership is responsible for the materials presented on this platform. As this is an Erasmus+ supported project, all materials are open and free to use. The materials can be shared and used for educational purposes, with the prerequisite of formal acknowledgment of sources, copyright, and a reference to the project.
None of the place-based activities may be reproduced, processed using electronic systems, copied, distributed, translated, used for public reproduction, or passed on to third parties in any manner, either entirely or in excerpt form for your or any third-party profits and/or other commercial use. For any material included in the Matrix, all terms and conditions for use of the material are in accordance with the respective sources of the content.

Enrolment
Enrolments for training activities will be considered in the order they are received. As a rule, enrolments can be made via login. For all training activities offered, enrolling is recommended. No limit to the number of participants applies.
Any and all contributions to new activities are subject to review by the Partnership. However, you, in your personal or organizational capacity, are obliged in this context to observe and comply with all applicable laws and other legal provisions and, in particular, not to include any content that violates the rights of third parties (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, personal and industrial property rights of third parties) or which is unlawful, misleading, malicious, discriminatory, pornographic, sexist, threatening, insulting, libelous, obscene, defamatory, ethically offensive, glorifying violence, harassing, unsuitable for minors, racist, immoral, inciting to hatred of the people, hostile to foreigners or otherwise despicable or reprehensible, or contains viruses, worms, Trojans, or other malicious code that may endanger or impair the functioning of our platforms.
We are entitled at any time to temporarily or permanently delete or remove content that is illegal or violates our General Terms and Conditions without prior notice and without giving reasons. The same terms apply to comments posted on activities. The Partnership does not set a time frame for monitoring or removal of inappropriate content and may not be held liable for any distress, damage or other issues caused by such content, of which the partnership is not a direct owner.

Liability
Our liability under or in connection with the Terms or relating to the training activities must not exceed the reasons for its establishment to which the liability relates.
Without limiting the previous sentence, we exclude all liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, or for loss of profit, savings, business, revenue, and/or goodwill, arising under or in connection with the Terms or relating to the training.
The Partnership of the project does not have any liability related to any violations of the above terms. Our products may link to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.

Miscellaneous
The Terms and Conditions for Participation are binding in all their remaining parts even if individual provisions are legally invalid. Any changes and amendments require written form.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
Agreements in respect to training activities shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable national laws of the lead partner, the law of the United Kingdom.
The AGRILEARN project partnership is committed to ensuring the security and protection of personal information that is processed, and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection.
